Ground handling refers to the wide range of services needed and provided to facilitate an aircraft on ground before take-off. Ground handling services comprise multiple services that an aircraft needs when on the ground, such as ramp services, comprehensive cargo and mail services, load control, communication, and flight operation services, as well as flight preparation and supervision services.1
 

Air Waybill is a document issued by the Air carrier either directly or through its authorized agents. The document contains an eleven-digit number that allow the customer to track and monitor the shipment status.
