Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Duailej, SAL Logistics Services and Dammam Airports Company (DACO) signed a landmark contract today to develop and rehabilitate the air cargo terminal at King Fahd International Airport in Dammam.
This significant 20-year partnership will see SAL investing 100 million riyals to enhance the capacity and infrastructure of the air cargo terminal, ensuring the provision of the highest quality and most efficient air cargo handling services. The signing ceremony was attended by numerous leaders from the air transport industry.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Faisal Al-Baddah, Managing Director and CEO of SAL, and Engineer Mohammed bin Ali Al-Hassani, CEO of Dammam Airports Company. The contract outlines SAL's commitment to upgrading the air cargo building with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies, adhering to international best practices to boost operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Mr. Faisal Al-Baddah commented on the occasion, saying, "The signing of this agreement underlines SAL’s solid commitment to fostering integrated efforts among various entities in the Kingdom's aviation sector.
