Riyadh, September 2, 2026: “SAL Logistics Services”, the National logistics champion, in collaboration with Elm, a leading provider of digital solutions, has launched CargoGate during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh. The services is a digital operational solution designed to facilitate and streamline shipment pickup and delivery procedures across SAL stations, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and an improved experience for customers and beneficiaries of SAL’s services.

The launch follows the successful completion of the services' pilot phase, which recorded an operational adoption rate of 92% across SAL’s main stations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah. This reflects the effectiveness of the solution in supporting operations and streamlining procedures related to the movement of shipments within the stations.

CargoGate supports operational activities across SAL’s ecosystem, enabling the company’s customers and service providers involved in shipping activities to complete a range of operational procedures, including scheduling shipment pickup and delivery appointments, managing vehicle movement within stations, and tracking procedures related to SAL’s services. This contributes to reducing waiting times, improving operational flow, and enhancing operational efficiency.
