Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 27 Feb 2025 – SAL Logistics Services, a leading provider of cargo handling and logistics solutions in the Kingdom, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Emaar Economic City. The MoU aims to establish a framework for cooperation between both parties to enhance and develop logistics services in King Abdullah Economic City and the Industrial Valley area. This agreement represents a collaboration framework and underscores their commitment to achieving the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which focuses on economic diversification and strengthening the Kingdom's position as a global logistics hub.

The MoU sets the stage for SAL to leverage its expertise in logistics to improve the services provided to clients in KAEC and the Industrial Valley. It also outlines plans to attract local and international investments, positioning the city as a premier destination for business and logistics. In addition, the agreement includes the development and operation of logistics warehouses tailored to meet client's requirements, further enhancing KAEC's infrastructure and service capabilities

Mr. Omar Hariri, CEO of SAL Logistics Services, highlighted the significance of this strategic partnership, noting that SAL aims to serve one of the Kingdom’s most prominent and vital economic zones. The agreement also encourage business expansion within KAEC.
