Objectives of the "Towsal" Program:

• Build a Strong Foundation: Develop core skills and knowledge through diverse learning activities and experiences
• Hands-On Training: Offer on-the-job training with logistics and business experts in cargo handling, corporate business, and the logistics sector
• Capability Transformation: Enhancing and guiding participants’ skills to meet workplace demands.

Requirements:

To ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates, SAL sets clear requirements for applying to the Towsal program. These criteria aim to identify individuals best suited for the challenges and opportunities offered by the program:

• Nationality: Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Experience: Fresh graduates with less than one year of work experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Jeddah or Riyadh.
• Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• GPA Requirements: Minimum GPA of 3.75 out of 5 or 3 out of 4.
• English Proficiency (if applicable):

IELTS: Minimum score of 5.5

STEP: Minimum score of 75

TOEFL: Minimum score of 46 (iBT) or 475 (PBT)
