This prestigious global distinction is awarded to CBTA Centers that demonstrate exceptional performance in delivering high-quality competency-based Dangerous Goods training.

The recognition follows SAL Academy’s outstanding results in 2025, including a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 89.69, significantly above global averages, and a 63 percent participation rate in the IATA CBTA Center Training Satisfaction Survey.
